Songwriters Island and Paul Overstreet join together to bring you this one of a kind event on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres Mexico.
Paul Overstreet has written or co-written 27 Top Ten songs. During this time, he has won two Grammy Awards and also won ACM and CMA Song of the Year Awards (1987 and 1988). Overstreet was named the BMI Songwriter of the Year five straight years, from 1987 to 1991, an achievement on music row that has not been achieved before or since. He co-wrote "A Long Line of Love", "Love Can Build a Bridge", and "Forever and Ever, Amen". Other well-known hits of recent years he is known for are "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" by Kenny Chesney and "Some Beach" by Blake Shelton, which was a Number One hit in 2004.
Paul Overstreet is best known for writing country songs such as "Forever and Ever, Amen" and "On the Other Hand", both of which were Number Ones for Randy Travis. He also co-wrote "When You Say Nothing at All" which was a Number One hit at the end of 1988 for Keith Whitley, and later a Top Five hit in 1995 for Alison Krauss, and revived later in 1999 by Ronan Keating of Boyzone. He is also known for writing the worship song God Is Good All The Time with Don Moen, which has become one of Moen's signature songs.

Air Travel
We recommend you fly into Cancun. You will then take a cab to the Isla Mujeres Ferry in Puerto Juarez. If you get an early flight, you can be on the island by noon!
One note: Please do not book your return trip too early in the morning, you will need time for the ferry back to Cancun and cab to the airport. We recommend that you fly out around noon or later if possible.

General admission tickets are $150 per person ($125 each if purchased by 1 July). To keep the shows intimate, we are limiting ticket sales to 100 guests. Ticket purchase gets you admission to all music events. Airfare, lodging, meals, and drinks are the responsibility of the traveler.
(VIPs are SOLD OUT) NEW this year, we will be offering a few VIP tickets. We will reserve the first row of tables at both shows to include 2 tables of 4 guests and 2 tables of 6 guests. These will be sold at $250 per person as a complete table of 4 or 6 at the time of purchase. These VIP tickets will include a private "back stage" wine and charcuterie sunset event with Paul for VIP ticket holders only. Grab some friends and reserve your table now!

Our Host Hotel is Nautibeach on Isla Mujeres, all shows are walking distance from the hotel. Please book your stay at Nautibeach Condos with the group. Musicians' rooms are paid for only from room sales from the NautiBeach rental block of rooms that we have on hold for our guests. It is important that we book these rooms in order to help cover our musician's room cost.
Please make sure you reference IslandFest when making reservations, we have the rooms blocked for our guests. Nautibeach has a few 1 BR condos and mostly 2 BR condos, so bring friends and split the cost! You will not find better accommodations at a great price in such a beautiful place.
