Kelly McGuire is a Missouri native who relocated to Clear Lake, Texas and established himself as a trop-rock singer-songwriter. He began by writing commercial jingles before developing his own material, releasing his debut album Redfish Island in 2000, which led to a performance for President George W. Bush. He has toured nationally and continued recording over the years as part of the island/trop-rock music scene.
