Victor Samalot

Victor Samalot is a solo acoustic guitarist whose project began in 2010 after the hiatus of his jazz-rock fusion group Rare Blend. He blends Latin grooves with jazz and rock sensibilities, using looping technology to expand his sound. His albums include the self-titled "Victor Samalot" (2011) and "Esperanza" (2017), with popular tracks such as "Cafe Puerto Rico" and his cover of "Speak Softly, Love" (Love Theme from The Godfather).
