Joe Downing is a Tropical Rock recording artist and songwriter based in St. Augustine, Florida, who blends a salt-life sound, a YOLO vibe, and sun-drenched storytelling with a country soul. His two full-length albums, Songs From The Gulf (2020) and The Bright Side (2022), both earned Album of the Year nominations from the Trop Rock Music Association. Touring as a solo artist across 12 states since 2017, he formed The Joe Downing Band in 2021 for full-band performances at major regional festivals and events.
